Employment Plans

Employment plans are programs aimed at improving the employability of unemployed individuals by promoting their hiring to provide services in different areas of the city council.

While this contract lasts, they participate in training actions that allow them to improve their technical and transversal skills, and they receive the support of an employment technician who accompanies them during this process, supporting them for a better adaptation to the workplace, for addressing aspects related to their emotional well-being, and for preparing for future insertion into the ordinary labor market.
