Integrated Projects

At the Sant Cugat City Council, we participate in the design and development of comprehensive projects aimed at improving people’s employability. We tailor the content of these projects to the needs of both citizens and businesses, ensuring a successful match between supply and demand in the labor market.

These projects include training initiatives, skills development, emotional support, learning tools and techniques for job searching and succeeding in selection processes, as well as internships in companies. In the case of employment plans, they can also involve a work contract to provide services in municipal facilities, among other opportunities.
